Description
The Department of Transportation (DOT) Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a competitive requirement for Bell 206L Helicopter Pilot Training. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 611512. The DOT/FAA anticipates the award of an Indefinite Delivery/Requirements type contract consisting of a base year and 2 renewable 1-year option periods. All offers are due by 3:00 p.m., Central Time, on March 3, 2006. All Offers must be submitted to DOT/FAA/MMAC, Bid and Proposal Officer, AMQ-140, Multi-Purpose Building, Room 321, 6500 South MacArthur Boulevard, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73169. Please reference SIR DTFAAC-06-R-00014 on the outside of your mailing package. Offers received after this date will be determined to be late and will not be considered for award and will be filed with the official award file. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered by the Agency. All interested sources should first attempt to download the Screening Information Request (SIR) from the Internet. The following notice is for informational purposes for Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises: The Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization, has a program to assist small businesses, small businesses owned and controlled by a socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, and women-owned concerns to acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation-related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $500,000.
