- Description
- The Government intends to procure commercial item services under Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, FAR Part 15, Contract by Negotiations and FAR Part 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items for Rodent Control Services set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOB). Rodent Control Services shall be performed at VA Cemeteries in Los Angeles, Riverside and San Diego, all cemeteries located in Southern California. The contract shall be for a base year, with the Government?s option to extend the contract for one (1) year increments for four (4) years. The solicitation shall be available for issue on or about February 14, 2006, with offers due on or about March 3, 2006.
