Description

The 377 CONS/LGCA, Kirtland AFB, New Mexico, INTENDS TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE contract to Wagner Equipment Company, 18000 Smith Road, Aurora, Colorado 80011. Maintenance/service on caterpillar equipment must be PERFORMED BY AN AUTHORIZED/CERTIFIED CATERPILLAR SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE. THIS AWARD WILL NOT BE A SPLIT AWARD. IT WILL BE AWARDED ALL OR NONE. Classification Code: Set Aside: Full and Open; Contracting Office Address: The 377th Contracting Squadron, Kirtland AFB, New Mexico, is providing notification of INTENT TO AWARD for the following requirement: to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to provide preventative maintenance in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) at Kirtland Air Force Base, Albuquerque, New Mexico on (2) two Caterpillar Engines, Model #G3512LE, located at Building 900 and Building 25952; (1) one Cummins 35 kw Generator Set at Building 25952; (1) one Cummins 35 kw Generator Set at Building 900; (1) one Cummins 100 kw Generator Set at Building 20183; (1) one Cummins 150 kw Generator Set at Building 26025; (1) one Cummins 150 kw Generator Set at Manzano Pump Station, building 30110; (1) one Cummins 230 kw Generator Set at Building 20374; (1) one Cummins 275 kw Generator Set at Building 20550; (1) one Cummins 350 kw Generator Set at Building 23900, (1) one Cummins 500 kw Generator Set at New Pump Station, at M and Texas Streets, (1) one Cummins 500 kw Generator Set at Building 1014 and Repair suppport of the 10 Standby Generators located at Kirtland AFB Water Wells and Pump Houses. The objective of this effort is to award a 5 year contract consisting of a basic year plus 4 one year options. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS. Anticipated award date is 1 April 2006. NAICS code is 811310 and Size Standard is $6,000,000.
