- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation and incorporated clauses/provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-07. The solicitation incorporates by reference the following clauses: FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.232-33, and DFAR 252.204-7004. NAIC Code: 423690 This is a sole source requirement IAW 6.302-1 to Tactical Support Equipment, Inc., TSE, 4039 Barefoot RD., Fayetteville, NC 28306-6825. The 5590 adapter for CF-18 is item allows the CCT to use a military battery. This RFQ has the following line item(s): Line Item 0001 ?
