- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.603, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. FA7012-06-T-0009. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-08. The North American Industry Classification System code is 485510 (formerly SIC code 4141) at a $6 Million size standard. LINE ITEMS: CLIN 0001: New York City Day Trip (18 Mar 2006): 57 to 59 passenger motor coach bus for transportation to New York City. Buses are required to be year 2000 or newer, clean and equipped with working toilet facility, working TVs, DVD player and intercom. Date of Trip: 18 Mar 06. Pick-up time: 0630 hrs. Location of pick-up will be at the Pentagon. Departure time: 0645 hrs. There will be one rest stop to and from destination. NYC trips will drop off within 3 blocks of Times Square. Bus will depart at 1830 hrs from the same location of drop-off. Estimated return time to Pentagon is between 2300-2400 hrs. Unit Price________________. Delivery/Acceptance will be at Pentagon, Arlington, Virginia, no later than 0630 on the day of the trip. All interested contractors are to submit a copy of any rental agreement along with their quotation by the solicitation due date. FAR Clauses will take precedence where discrepancies exist between FAR and rental agreement.
