Description

Performance Based Services Acquisition for the establishment and operation of the TSCTI training location in Chad. TSCTI operations: a mission in which US Forces and Chadian Forces will be trained in a US supported operation. US Forces will be hous ed in a fully operational Training Support Area (TSA), which will have an occupancy of 30 supported personnel. The TSA shall include billeting, dining facilities (to include meal preparation equipment), administrative, maintenance, ammo holding, vehicle pa rking, fuel holding, handling and dispensing, urban training areas, morale support, and other support. For planning purposes the TSA will operate for approximately 120 day intervals with a 30 day interim caretaker status. The facilities shall be locate d in the area of Loumia, Chad. Loumia training location is approx 1 hour ( 64KM ) south from Ndjamena, Chad. TSA should be constructed with semi-permanent, portable facilities. Selected vendor must plan for a turn key operation 120 days from contract a ward. Maximum use as practical of Host Nation goods, service, and labor in the project.
