Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is W91ZLK-06-T-0199 and it is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-05. This acquisition is issued as a 100 percent small business set-aside for GSA Federal Schedule Holders only, in accordance with Section 803 of the National Defense Authorization Act. Federal GSA Schedule Holders, please furnish the following information with your quotation: (A) GSA Contract Number(s), (B) Expiration date(s) of contract(s), and (C) Copy of the page which states maximum order limitation. The Government reserves the right to award on an all or none basis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541519 and the size standard is $23M. This is a Time-and-Material procurement for personnel to perform non-personal services for a period of performance of 12 months from February 2006 through January 2007 . The Contractor shall provide non-personal services in support of the Environmental Restoration Information System (ERIS) v3.0 database that merged the range and restoration repositories and provides the Army with a central location to store environmental sampling data for restoration sites and the Armys Range Assessment programs sampling data, which is similar chemical, geological, geographic data necessary to provide accurate environmental impacts on the training/testing ranges. Offerors must have prio r experience with the ERIS database. Offerors must submit resumes of personnel in each proposed labor category who will be performing the tasks and a schedule of professional services rates for the proposed labor categories. Further information to include the Performance Work Statement shall be provided upon request. Performance is at Edgewood Area, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland 21005  21010. The Government reserves the right to make an award without discussions.
