Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is posted. On Behalf of the Chief Financial Office (CFMO), Office of the Chief, Army Reserve (OCAR) and the Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE), this proposed solicitation is being considered as a 100 percent 8A set aside. Interested 8As should provide the contra cting office as early as possible, but not later than 5 days after the Request for Proposal (RFP) is posted, evidence of their capability to perform the contract, and a positive statement of their eligibility as an 8A. If adequate response is not received from 8As, the solicitation will instead be issued, without further notice. The Performance Work Statement sets forth the requirements for technical and functional support of the Strategic Toolset Army Reserve Program Budget and Analysis (STAR-PBA) applica tion system.
