Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. On Behalf of the Strategic Comunication Division, Office of the Chief, Army Reserve (OCAR) and the Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE), this proposed solicitation is being considered as a 100 percent set aside for Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSB). Interested VOSBs should provide the contracting office as early as possible, but not later than 5 days after the Request for Proposal (RFP) is posted, evidence of their capability to perform the contract, and a positive statement of their eligibility as a n VOSB. If adequate response is not received from VOSBs, the solicitation will instead be issued, without further notice. The Performance Work Statement sets forth the requirements for management support to the Army Reserve in the areas of strategic commu nications, national outreach and media communications.
