Description: The Pomme de Terre Lake Project, Hermitage, Missouri has a requirement for Refuse Collection and Disposal Service. This procurement is a BEST VALUE, Request for Proposal (RFP) for Commercial Item/Services and is full and open competition. Responsibl e offers will be evaluated on the basis of Best Value to the Government. In addition to using pricing as a determining factor, evaluation of the contractors related experience and past performance will be considered. The Contractor shall provide all man power, equipment, fuel, tools, supervision and other items and services necessary to provide Refuse Collection and Disposal Service. Terms of the contract will consist of a one-year base period 01 April 2006 (or when awarded) through 30 September 2006 an d four one-year renewal options, which may be exercised at the discretion of the government. The government intends to issue this solicitation and any amendments through the Federal Technical Data Solutions (FedTeDS) website. All offerors are required to check website daily to be notified of any changes to this solicitation. The solicitation will be posted on the FedTeDS website https://www.fedteds.gov/ on or about 3 February 2006.
