Description: This is a notice of intent of the Center for Health Care Contracting (CHCC), 2107 17th Street, Suite 68, Fort Sam Houston, Texas 78234-5068 to award a firm fixed price, sole source contract for Education and Training Support; Administrative Services and Support; a Resusitation Skills Station Lab, Applied Physiology Lab with Five Pigs a Human Anatomy Lab with Cadavers, and an Extremities Lab, all of which must be located in the Jackson Memorial Hospital area. Negotiations are to be conducted solely with the University of Miami Medical/Ryder Trauma Center, 1611 NW 12th Avenue, Miami, FL 33101-1002. However, any and all interested responsible offerors will be considered. Request for Proposal number W81K04-06-R-0003 will be issued on or about 21 Febr uary and anticipated date of award is 1 April 06. This is a commercial item procurement and FAR Part 13.5 will be used. The performance period will be 1 April 2006 through - 30 September 2006 and four 1 year options from 1 October 2006 through 30 Septembe r 2010. Point of contact is Mr. James L.
