Description

Work to be done under this contract includes all labor, supervision, transportation, equipment, tools, supplies, and materials necessary to construct a single-lane, concrete bridge over East Fork American River in Idaho County, Idaho. The work includes the removal of an existing six-foot diameter corrugated metal pipe, furnishing and installing precast reinforced concrete abutments, furnishing and placing a 20-foot long, precast concrete bridge deck, construction of riprap slope protection, construction of rock "V" weir, placing and compacting gravel approaches, and related site work. The work is located approximately three miles north of Elk City, Idaho. Performance Period is 210 calendar days. In accordance with FAR 28.102-1, a 100% Payment Bond is required for contracts greater than $25,000, prior to issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. This solicitation will be available by electronic posting only and may be found at http://ideasec.nbc.gov/. The solicitation documents will be posted on or about February 21, 2006. Contractors are required to register or update their registration at the Central Contractor Registration website at www.ccr.gov.
