- Under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, the GovWorks Acquisition Directorater intends to contract on a sole source basis for the services of Kellogg Brown and Root Services to install electrical cabling and conduits in Operating Rooms at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center, Washington, DC. This effort is a follow-on to a contract for earlier electrical installation in the Operating Rooms. (See Numbered Note 22)
