- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following: 1) In-circuit emulator system for testing and debug purposes of the Cockpit Display Navigation Unit (CDNU)embedded software conversion within the Cobra 3.0 Legacy software development efforts (Quantity - 1 each). System to include: System Controller Unit, part number LA-6065; ECU32/15 Emulation Control, part number LA-6103; High-Speed State Analyzer, part number LA-6410; Static Emulation Memory Module, PL-6269; ICE-386 Base Module, part number LA-7050; Module 80386-DX, part number LA-7054; and Trace-32-ICE Software Maintenance, part number LA-8010. This requirement is sole sourced to Lauterbach Inc. due to their system's ability to test and debug the CDNU embedded software conversion with the Cobra 3.0 Legacy software development efforts and their proprietary hardware and software. Any firms believing that they can provide the material may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing it's ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of the data or without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
