- The synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is a single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access the information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The following amendment is issued to replace the previous synopsis. Below is the complete amended synopsis in its entirety. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, intends to purchase the following Planar items: A quantity of nine (9), Planar Touch Screen 19-inch monitor, Part number: Planar/PT191MU-BK and a quantity of twenty-nine (29), Planar 19-inch LCD Monitor, Part number: PL1910M-BK. The specific make and models are required for exact duplication of existing simulation systems. These items will be acquired using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The closing date is 08 February 2006. Anticipated award date is 10 February 2006. All items are to be priced FOB-Destination, Bridgeport, NJ. Delivery shall be 30 days after receipt of order. THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT ISSUE A WRITTEN REQUEST FOR QUOTATION AS ALL ITEMS ARE IDENTIFIED IN THIS NOTICE. Electronic quote submission is encouraged at DLGR_NSWC_XDS12@navy.mil, but the quote may also be faxed at (540) 653-4089 or delivered to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Attn: XDS121, Bldg. 183, Room 104, 17320 Dahlgren Rd., Dahlgren, VA 22448-5100.
