- Based on the responses received to the sources sought notice N00178-06-R-2005 posted on 16 November 2005, the government will procure Subject Matter Technical and Engineering Expertise in Support of Surface Ship systems as a small business set-aside in SeaPort-e. The solicitation is estimated for release in later summer of 2006 and will be preceded by a pre-announcement in the SeaPort portal.
