- FISC Norfolk Contracts Division Philadelphia intends to solicit Help Wanted Ads for the Navy Recruiting District, New York, NY. Request for Quotation (RFQ) N00140-06-Q-A001 will result in a firm fixed price purchase order. Delivery of services is required within 10 days after receipt of order. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item prepared in accordance with Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. It is the contractor?s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be access in full text at these addresses: www.arnet.gov/far and www.dtic.mil/dfars. The NACIS Code is 54180. This is a Sole Source requirement to the New York Post for line item number.(CLINS): CLIN 0001 HELP WANTED ADS INSERTS, IN SUNDAY AND MONDAY EDITION OF NEWSPAPER QTY 122 HELP WANTED FOR ACTIVE SERVICE DUTY; CLIN 0002 HELP WANTED ADS INSERTS, IN SUNDAY AND MODAY EDITION OF NEWSPAPER QTY 24 FOR RESERVE DUTY. (Ads will run for one year on a weekly basis). The provisions 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Item is applicable to this procurement. Offerors are advised to include complete copy of the provision at 52.212-5 with their offer. The following clauses are applicable to this acquisition: 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues of Executive Orders, Commercial Items 52.222-19; 52.222-26 Equal Opportunity; 52.232-33 Payment for Electronic Funds Transfer-Central Contractor Registration.
