- ALL REQUESTS SHALL BE ON YOUR COMPANY LETTERHEAD WITH NAME, ADDRESS, TELEPHONE NUMBER, FAX NUMBER, POINT OF CONTACT, AND SOLICITATION NUMBER; PLEASE NO EMAILS. The Naval Special Warfare Command, Detachment Annapolis has a requirement for the following: To lease a tank cooling 150 tons, 360 GPM pull down 300,000 gallons from 80 degrees F to 35 degrees F in three (3) days. Equipment shall be 190 tons of air-cooled chiller?s package, at 456 GPM complete with the following features and accessories: Utilize a second pump and a heat exchanger, semi-hermetic compressors, air-cooled condenser complete with fans and fan motor drives, direct expansion shell and tube evaporator with carbon steel shell and copper tubes, micro-processor control system complete with operating controls and safeties, unit mounted disconnect with control transformer for single-point power connection, 460/3/60 power, unit shall be equipped with flow switch, and a pressure gauge/thermometer on each evaporator connection, package shall include full operating charge of R-22 and oil, shall include 200 foot of 4 inch hose, 600 foot cable (200 foot of 4-6 and 400 foot of 4/0). Oil heater shall be required to be energized (110 volts) prior to start-up. Clin 0001 ? Lease ? shall include 190 ton chiller, 200 foot hose, 600 foot cable, two (2) pumps and heat exchanger ? 300 square foot HX. 3 Months. Clin 0002 ? Freight ? shall be port to Honolulu Hawaii ? Round trip. 1 Lot. Clin 0003 ? mainland Freight. 1 Lot. Clin 0004 ? Shipping and handling. 1 Lot. Clin 0005 ? Labor. 7 Days. Clin 0006 ? Travel ? 7 Days. Note: Per Diem rates per Hawaii Locality ? Round Trip Ticket ? Actual Costs, Lodging per day per person is $72.00, Meals per day per person is $49.00, Local Incidentals per day per person is $12.00, Car Rental per day is $25.00, Gas ? actual cost.
