- The purpose of this amendment is to amend the following: Amend the following Clauses: B.1-Mobilization, B.3-Fixed Rates for Services-Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity, C.4-Incorporation of Contractors Plans, E.2-Higher-Level Contract Quality Requirement, F.2-Reports of Work, G.1-Ordering Clause, G.3-Technical Direction Documents, G.8-Invoicing Requirements, H.58-Removal Cost Management Software, L.13-Instructions for the Preparation of Technical and Cost or Pricing Proposals, L.14-Oral Presentation Instructions, L.19-Submission of Contractor Plans, M.2-Evaluation Factors for Award, M.3-Evaluation of Standard Operating Procedures The following clauses have been amended to reflect the most recent EPAAR or FAR updates: H.5-Printing, I.1-NOTICE Listing Contract Clauses Incorporated by Reference, K.1-Annual Representations and Certifications The following attachments have been amended: Attachment 1, and 6 have been amended. Attachment 2, Page Number 2-43 has been replaced in its entirety.
