UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT U.S. General Services Administration Seeks Expressions of Interest for a New Leased Office Space in Washington, DC The United States Government seeks to lease approximately 5,563 BOMA office area square feet (bosaf) of space within the following delineated area: North Boundary: F Street, NW East Boundary: 12th Street, NW South Boundary: Pennsylvania Ave, NW West Boundary: 14th Street, NW The space should yield a minimum of 5,563 boasf. The proposed lease term will be for a minimum of 5 years fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than August 28, 2006. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
