Description

The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Highland Falls-Fort Montgomery Central School District, Fort Montgomery, NY under authority of FAR 6.302 for comprehensive secondary educational program, Grades 9-12 and student bus transportation services for the approximately 200 eligible dependent children of Department of Defense (DoD) personnel residing on the Installation of the U.S. Military Academy, West Point, New York. These services are required for the School Year 2006/2007. This is not a request for competitive quotes. However, any party that believes it is capable of meeting DoDEA's requirement as stated in the herein may submit a written capability statement that clearly supports and demonstrates their ability to perform the requirement. All submissions must be received by the response date and time of this notice. The determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. SEE UPLOADED DOCUMENTS FOR DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES.
