- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Decatur GA is issuing a solicitation to provide medical transription services for dictated material which includes highly tecchnical terminology and requires a comprehensive knowledge of specialized vocabularies. The solicitation will be issued with a base and four (4) one year year VA discretionary options for renewal. The NAICS code for this procurement is 561410, wich a smallbusiness size standard of $6.0 million. This procurement is set aside for small businesses. Evaluation factors will be qualifications/past performance, personnel qualifications, quality assurance plan, organizational structure, implementation plan/contingency plan and pricing.
