- Description
- The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Life Cycle Management Command has a requirement to procure from Northrop Grumman Mission Systems (NGMS), the following services: Technical expertise to develop Forward Area Air Defense Command and Control System (F AAD C2)/Counter-Rocket, Artillery and Mortar (C-RAM) software interfaces, and perform systems architecture design and analysis, systems software interface support, design/system engineering, system integration and system fielding. The period of performanc e will be for 36 months. Pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements , this procurement is sole source to Northrop Grumman Mission Systems (NGMS), 1430-A Wall Triana Hwy, Madison, AL. 35756.
