Description

Contractor shall provide monthly industrial wastewater pretreatment permit monitoring services for the Defense Supply Center Richmond. The contractor shall provide monthly sampling as prescribed in the permit document, for laboratory chemical analysis for all parameters indicated in the permit document by a methodology consistent with EPA approved methods for 40 CFR Section 403 and the most recently approved EPA Test Methods for the Examination of Water and Wastewater (SW-846). The contractor shall prepare and deliver a Quarterly Discharge Monitoring Report for DSCR signature. DSCR will be responsible for providing monthly flow data and data for liquid waste trucked offsite by the end of the third week of the last month of the quarter. It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price contract will be awarded. The solicitation is set-aside 100% for small business only. The solicitation includes a base year and two one year option years. The solicitation will be available on or about February 9, 2006. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home on the issue dated cited in the RFQ.
