Description

The Natural Resources Conservation Service intends on entering into a 5 year lease with a 5 year option in Delta Junction, Alaska. This office services as a USDA service center in Delta Junction, Alaska. Lessor is to provide approximately 1400 square foot of office space. Lessor is to provide plug-ins for the staff and government vehicles when the temperature hits 20 degrees. A secured inside storage area of approximately 200 square feet to include fencing is also required for storage. Lessor is to include heat, lighting and cleaning services in the proposed per square foot price.
