Description

The 38 Engineering Installation Group has a requirement for non-personal services for local commercial communication services for 341 CS/SCXP, Malmstrom AFB, MT. The proposed contract is for five years. The local exchange service provider certified by MONTANA PUC shall provide local commercial communication service for 341 CS/SCXP, Malmstrom AFB, MT. Local communications service shall include, as a minimum but not limited to, ISDN PRI Configuration/ 2-Way trunks, Incoming/Outgoing Trunks, DID directory number and number portability, local and Intra-LATA access, and interconnection with Inter-LATA exchange carrier. Competition is open to domestic and foreign sources. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which shall be considered. Sources responding to this synopsis must indicate, in writing, whether they are large, small, disadvantaged and/or a women-owned business. For this acquisition, a concern will be considered small under NAIC 517110 with size standard of 1500 employees.
