Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to enter into sole source negotiations and subsequently award a Delivery order against Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N000019-03-G-0015 with Delex Systems Inc. This delivery order will provide for In-Country travel in support of Pakistan Navy (PN) Program Planning Conference (PPC). (THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS). Unless otherwise stated herein, no additional written information is available. Request for the same will be disregarded. A determination by the Government not to compete this effort is solely within the discretion of the Government. GENERAL INFORMATION: Delex Systems Inc. is the only known firm with the necessary knowledge, technical data, and equipment, facilities and experience to perform this effort within the required timeframe. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code for the supplies and services anticipated needed herein is 336414 ?Guided Missile and Space Vehicle Manufacturing?. Once NAVAIR finalizes its requirements for the subject effort, a prerequisite for receiving a contract award will be registration in the DODs Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. There is no commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, make an award or awards, or to be responsible for any monies expended by any interested parties before award of a contract for the effort mentioned above.
