- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the Internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division intends to purchase Part No. CDSA.IBS.M.1201, 18 each; Part No. CDSA.IBS.M.1200, 12 each; Part No. CDSA.IBS.M.1205, 6 each; Part No. CDSA.IBS.M.1209, 4 each; and Part No. CDSA.IBS.M.1203, 6 each, on a sole source basis, manufactured by FlightFab Inc., 12207 Distribution Way, Beltsville, MD. The items are required to support the immediate needs of the ITMS/IBS program. The North American Industry Classification System code is 332999. The contract shall be a firm fixed priced contract. FOB Destination shall apply. The Request for Quote number is N00178-06-Q-1083. Deliveries will be to the Receiving Officer, Combat Direction Systems Activity, Dahlgren Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center, 1922 Regulus Avenue, Virginia Beach, VA 23461-2097.
