Description

The United States Government seeks to lease light industrial space consisting of approximately 2,600 rentable sq. ft in Boston, Massachusetts within the following delineated area: North: Medford, Malden South: South Boston, Brighton East: Winthrop West: Watertown The space should yield 2,517 BOMA usable sq. ft. The proposed lease is for three (3) years, two (2) years firm. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than December 2005. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
