Description

The United States Army Communications - Electronics Life Cycle Management Command intends to modify a Cost Plus Fixed fee, Definitive Contract No. DAAB07-99-A253 in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, One Responsible Source, to extend the period of perform ance for 6 months from March 1, 2006 to August 31, 2006. The contract provides Depot and site support services for the AN/USC-28(V) Satellite Communication Sets and associated AN/FSC-115 (DECS-CC) and AN/GSC-63 (DECS-RC) Electronic Counter Countermeasures Control Subsystems. Provides on-going services and materials for depot level engineering support, depot storage and issue, and depot repair and overhaul. Raytheon Company is the only known source for this effort. In addition, the contractor's System Engineering staff will provide analytical support to resident site support personnel, duplicate problems and suggest corrective action for system anomalies reported by FMTs. The total estimated cost is $2,464,000.00. This is a modification to Contract No. DAAB07-99-D-A253 and the solicitation assigned is W15P7T-06-R-C027. The U.S. Army C-E LCMC has established the IBOP website as part of the Army's Signel Face to Industry, to allow electronic posting of Solicitation for Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Quotation (RFQs), and Invitation for Bids (IFBs) from C-E LCMC to industry. All parties interested in doing business with C-E LCMC are invited to access, operate, send and receive information from the IBOP at https://abop.monmouth.army.mil/ All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. See Numbered Note 22.
