Description: Repairs to the Fisher's Landing, Flanner's Beach and Pine Cliff Recreation Areas located on the Neuse River. Projects includes but not limited to: Clearing and Grubbing, Road Construction, Road Reconditioning, NCDOT Railroad Ballast, Excavation and Embankment, Rip Rap Geotextile Fabric, Concrete Path, Split Rail Fence, Erosion Control, Seeding and Mulching, Tree Transplants, Vegetative Mat, Culvert Removal and Installation and Root Wad Installation. All work to be performed in accordance with the specifications and drawings. The work items vary with each location. Contract time is 220 calendar days. Estimate Range is $500,000 to $1,000,000. Solicitation with specifications and drawings will be available for down load from FEDBIZOPPS on or near February 24, 2006.
