Description

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS PRESOLICITATION SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION SUPERSEDES PREVIOUSLY ISSUED COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION RFP 246-06-02528. The VA Medical Center, Fayetteville, N.C. has a need for routine Radiology Services for veterans assigned to the Community - Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) at Jacksonville, N.C. Contractor shall provide use of equipment, facility, professional and technical personnel to perform routine radiology exams to authorized veterans referred by the VA. Services will be provided at the contractor?s place of business which must be located within the city limits of Jacksonville, N.C. This acquisition is an Open Market, Unrestricted procurement. The NAICS Code is 621512. Size standard is $11.5M. Contract period will be from April 1, 2006 through March 31, 2007, with four (4) one-year options to extend. This requirement is subject to availability of FY06 funds. Solicitation documents may be obtained electronically at: http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available at the above site. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining any and all amendments. Offerors are advised that any technical questions pertaining to this requirement are due in writing not later than February 22, 2006. Offers with all required information are due no later than 2:00 PM, March 9, 2006, and should reference solicitation number RFP 246-06-02540 on all documents. Offers may be mailed to POC: Timothy O.
