Description

This posting constitutes the U.S. Military Academy's notice of intent to award on a sole source basis a purchase order to the American Institute of Physics, P.O. Box 503284, St. Louis, MO 63150, for online access to their journals. This requirement will supply USMA staff and students with journal specific statistics to aid in research and study. The statuatory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services wil l satisfy agency requiprements. The applicable NAICS code is 323119 and the size standard is 500 employees. Award amount is estimated at $35,400. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation for offers. There will be no solici tation issued. See Note 22. Insert 2 days in lieu of 45 days in Note 22. The determination by the Government not to compete this requirement, upon receipt of responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
