Description

A requirement contract with a base year and four (4) option periods are contemplated for Construction, Repair and Installation of new Chain link fencing and gates to include, but not limited to the following: clearing line, repair existing chain lin k fencing and gates, maintaining existing chain link fencing and gates, clearing brush, vines, trimming tree limbs, and removing trees in fence lines. This requirement is post-wide. Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, and materials in performing all operations with this requirement. The Contractor is responsible for knowledge of and compliance with all environmental laws, regulations and programs of the installation. For the purpose of determining Small Business size for this acquis ition is NAICS 238990, the average annual receipts of a concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $13 million.
