Description: This is a synopsis for a commercail item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 for restoration of restroom floors at the Defense Supply Center Center, 3990 E. Broad St., Columbus, OH 43213-1199. A minimum of five years experience in performing work similar to that in the solicitation is required. At a minimum, all work performed under this contract shall be warranted for both workmanship and materials for a period of one year. A one-year contract with four potential one-year option periods is being contemplated. FOB point shall be destination. Issued date is February 17, 2006. Offers are due by 1:00 PM EST, March 3, 2006.
