The workload items shown in the Technical Exhibits shows travel that is projected for non-office work. The Contractor shall also include any travel associated with work that was performed in office spaces where there will not be a co-located Contractor employee. Other ancillary costs may be required in this Performance Work Statement and shall be included in the proposed travel costs. Since Geological analysis services vary widely from year to year, the data herein are to be used for proposal preparation, but should not be taken to be exactly representative of the work to be accomplished in any given year. Wide variations are likely to occur. All travel that is within the scope of this Contract, and which is below the overall Contractor proposed level of travel, shall be completed without modifications to increase the cost of the Contract. The travel requirements included herein are representative of the type and overall level that the Contractor can expect to encounter during performance of this Contract. Travel costs shall be included in Contract Line Item (CLIN) 0009. This DRAFT PWS is open for comment until 4:00P.M., Central Standard Time, February 14th, 2006. This notice is for a draft(PWS) for an OMB Circular A-76 Study of Geological Analysis Services currently being performed by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS). Refer to the Special Notice, posted in Federal Business Opportunities on November 10, 2005, under solicitation number NRCS-MSD-FW-18-06. This is a DRAFT PWS and should not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a FORMAL RFP, RFQ, or contract. The DRAFT PWS is available for download from the Federal Business Opportunity website at www.fedbizopps.gov or www.fbo.gov . This synopsis is not a request for proposals and in no way obligates the Government to any contract or award. Telephone responses will not be accepted. NO SOLICITATION EXISTS AT THIS TIME.
