Description

This is an unrestricted procurement. The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials and equipment, and constructing one low drop grade control structure in Webster County, Mississippi. Principal features of the work include clearing an d grubbing, excavation, fill, backfill, engineering fabric, stone protection, control of water, erosion control, concrete grout for stone protection, using the Government-furnished software (RMS) and providing all labor and equipment necessary for electron ic exchange of information and management of the contract (See Section 01312 QUALITY CONTROL SYSTEM), complying with all requirements of Section 01452 MILESTONE COMPLIANCE REVIEW PROCEDURE (MCRP), storm water pollution prevention, and environmental protect ion. All units of measure are metric. The value of the proposed work is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Plans and specifications will be available on the Federal Technical Data Solution (FEDTEDS) Web Page at https://www.fedteds.gov/. Compact disc and hardcopies will not be available. Bidders should check the VCCO Web Page often for changes (AMENDMENTS). Issue date on or about March 06, 2006. Bid opening date on or about April 11, 2006.
