THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT. This is a SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS ONLY. General Services Administration is sending out this Sources Sought Synopsis to gain knowledge of potentially qualified business sources for an Elevator and Escalator Maintenance Services procurement soon to be placed on the market, at Jacob K. Javits FOB, 26 Federal Plaza, 1 Federal Plaza and 209 Centre Street, New York, NY 10278. The intended procurement is open to both Large and Small Business concerns. A Performance bond will be necessary after award. The Solicitation will be Performance Specification, Source Selection procurement, with a two (2) year base and three (3) one year options.
