- The U.S. Army TACOM-Picatinny is announcing its intention to solicit on a full and open basis for the award of a task order type contract to ???flexibly partner??? with industry on various tasks related to the engineering, development, testing, evaluation, producibility assessment and manufacture of various munitions combustible/consumable systems. The requirement is for a 5 year, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract. The Government anticipates issuing a formal solicitation on February 28, 2006. Any responses received will be evaluated for Best Value utilizing the trade-off method for selection, resulting in single or multiple awards. All information is to be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government.
