- The Product Manager, MBCOTM will host an Industry Day on 21 February 2006 to provide industry and other interested parties with insight into the MBCOTM vision. The MBCOTM vision will include the Governments plan to coordinate the requirements and s chedules for Battle Command on the Move and solicit on a competitive basis for required efforts with an estimated award in 1st QFY07. Separate briefings will provide information regarding program schedule, status, requirements, and display of the current prototypes. The MBCOTM Industry Day briefings have been scheduled for 21 February 2006, between 1200-1800hrs. Registration begins at 11:30am. Location will be Ft Monmouth Officer Club, Gibbs Hall, Ft Monmouth, New Jersey. Following the Governments briefings, the G overnment will address previously submitted written questions. The Government may postpone answering some questions on the day of the briefing, but will provide answers at its website. Registration for the MBCOTM website will occur at sign in on the 21st of February at Industry Day. To register for Internet access you will need to provide appropriate corporate identification, work address and phone number, and an Internet address. There will be a limit of 3 representatives to be registered from each cor poration from each business location. All questions will be addressed anonymously; and all questions with their answers will be posted at the Marine Corps Quick place website. Additionally, available MBCOTM documents including a list of Industry Day atte ndees will also be provided on the Marine Corps Quickplace website The Government will conduct 30-minute one-on-one discussions with individual firms at the Ft. Monmouth Officers Club after the briefings have concluded. The purpose of these discussions is for vendors to: " Provide comments on the Governments acquisition approach, schedule, and risks " Conduct a limited technical dialog on concepts Those companies interested in participating in a one-on-one should contact Eileen Ledbetter at Eileen.Ledbetter@usmc.mil or Paul.R.Ortiz@usmc.mil. The Government will contact those firms who are scheduled for one-on-one discussion prior to the Industry da y, with the scheduled time. One-on-One discussions will occur immediately following the conclusion of the presentations. All meetings will be held at the same location as Industry Day.
