- NUWC Division Newport intends to solicit proposals for the production of TR-317 ( ) Transducer Assemblies. This synopsis is linked to advanced notice number N66604-06-R-0867, which was posted on January 23, 2006. For additional information on this procurement, please reference advanced notice number N66604-06-R-0867. NUWC anticipates a five year, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) supply contract for a maximum of 10,000 units. First Article Test and Approval is required unless waived. This is not a follow on contract. Each year?s production quantity for the TR-317 ( ) Transducer Assemblies is up to 2000 units. Award will be made on the basis of ?Best Value?. Technical evaluation criteria are technical approach and past performance. This solicitation will be unrestricted. NAICS Code is 334419; size standard is 500 employees.
