- Analytical Support Services for the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command Analysis Center (TRAC), Fort Leavenworth, Kansas and its supported activities at other U.S. locations. These services consist of operations analyses, experimentation, war fi ghting scenarios, combat modeling and simulations, operational effectiveness analysis, and planning and decision aids area. TRAC leads the TRADOC team in conducting major studies and analysis to support Army doctrine, organization, training, materiel, logi stics, personnel, and facilities (DOTMLPF) issues associated with the transforming Army. In providing this support, TRAC develops, manages, operates, and maintains the analytic support infrastructure (tools, scenarios, data, and simulations) to enable ana lysis of Army combined arms operations in a joint and coalition context. TRAC also identifies critical war-fighting requirements based on technologies and concepts, often in the form of technical reports or related documentation which may include graphica l design, which would effectively and efficiently integrate operational capabilities among the DOTMLPF areas. TRAC analysis related support functions may include those of computer operations and maintenance, security, administration, graphics, technical e diting and supply. Services are classified under North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 541710. An indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity type contract is anticipated for a one-year base period with four, one-year option periods. This will be a multi ple award with at least one award being set aside for small business concerns. Companies interested in this solicitation must provide in writing and reference solicitation number W91QF4-05-R-0008, firms name, mailing address, business size, telephone num ber, fax number and e-mail address. This requirement was previously listed as a Small Business Set aside-Sources Sought Notice W91QF4 for Analytical support services for TRAC Fort Leavenworth, KS and TRAC White Sands, NM dated 14 Apr 05 with NAICS Code 541 690. This requirement is for the Fort Leavenworth location only-IT DOES NOT INCLUDE services at TRAC White Sands, NM. The solicitation package will be issued on or about 22 July 05 on Fed Biz Ops. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (06-JUL-2005).
