- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Although this is a combined synopsis/solicitation, please refer to the hard copy solicitation available on the Gateway at http://progate.daps.dla.mil/. You must submit your quote on the hard copy solicitation. From the Gateway homepage, left-hand sidebar, select ?Search RFPs.? Then choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of the solicitation will not be available to requestors. The combined synopsis/solicitation will be issued on 17 February 2006, with a closing date of 06 March 2006. Solicitation number SP0406-06-R-1386 is issued as request for proposal (RFP.) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005. Solicitation is unrestricted and NAICS code is 324191, 500 employees. Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating is DO-A1. Purchase request YPG05340000821 for NSN 9150-00-111-0208, Lubricating Oil, Engine, will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract for 292 DR with a 100% option. Unit drum contains 55 gallons. Requested delivery is 45 DARO for a stock line to SRG, Richmond, VA. Specification MIL-PRF-21260E applies.
