- RE053630040000 6840-00-810-6396 IQC, Fixed-Price w/EPA Solicitation number: SP0406-06-R-1299 Note: this synopsis is a modification to the original which posted on February 2, 2006. The following change has been included: the acquisition will now be made on an unrestricted basis. This solicitation is for NSN: 6840-00-810-6396 - Disinfectant, Food Service - unit box is 12 double compartmented pouches. This is IAW SPEC NR MIL-DTL-11309H BASIC DTD 11/30/04 TYPE II. Direct access to defense and federal specifications, standards, and related standardization documents is available on the Internet via http://assist.dapsmil or http://www.dodssp.daps.mil. Solicitation will be issued as an Indefinite Quantity Contract, Fixed Price w/ EPA with one base year plus two option years. Solicitation will not contain progress payments. There are Surge & Sustainment requirements for this NSN. Pricing will be based on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) Quantity which is 1712 for the base and option years. The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity (Base Year Only) is 428. The Maximum Contract Quantity is 3424 (Base year) & 2568 (Option years). The Minimum/Maximum per order for the base and option years is 428 / 1712. Solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis. This is not a commercial item. FOB is Destination. Inspection/Acceptance is at Destination. QAP 010 applies. MSDS and EPA Label are required. This item has a Shelf Life of 18 months. Quantity Variance is plus 5% or minus 5%. Requested delivery is 163 days ARO. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Stock delivery will be to Richmond, VA (SRG) and Tracy, California (AQ5). This item is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). Synopsis on Fed Biz Ops will occur on February 13, 2006. The solicitation will be issued on March 1, 2006 with a closing date of April 1, 2006.
