Description: THE SOLICITATION FOR THIS PROJECT WILL BE AVAILABLE TO REVIEW AND PRINT ON THE FEDBIZOPPS WEB SITE IN APPROXIMATELY 15 DAYS. WHITEHAWK TREE YARDING AND PROCESSING. Whole tree yarding, de-limbing / piling at a centralized location, and hauling / off loading logs to a second location. All of the yarding will occur within 300 feet of FS road 569. This is not a timber sale; the decked logs will remain as such upon the completion of the contract. The work area is located on the Boise National Forest, Lowman Ranger District in the vicinity of Whitehawk lookout. The area is approximately 25 miles North of Lowman. Estimated start date is July 1, 2005 with 20 days to complete. NAICS code: 115310; size standard: $6.0 Million.
