Description

RFI 618-158-06 Request for Information/Sources Sought The VA Medical Center, Minneapolis, MN is seeking information on and sources for Catheter, Thermodilution, Cardiovascular, Sterile, disposable, polyvinyl chloride plastic, heparin coated, 7.5 Fr, 110 cm long, balloon, 5 lumen. Any vendor who can provide the item as described above should respond. Responses should be faxed and include, but are not limited to, a technical description, including drawings or photographs of the item proposed. Provide this descriptive literature by 4:30 p.m. March 6, 2006. The Government anticipates requesting non-sterile samples from as many respondents as is deemed manageable for initial evaluation as part of a solicitation. NAICS: 339113.
