Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FM442752310067; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-08 and Defense DCN 20060123. This acquisition will be a 100% small business set-aside; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423450. The business size standard is 500 employees. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 6515. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 5047. This request for quotation consists of the following Hill-Rom items or their equals: Item 0001: Vest Model 103 Final CAB A/CAP: 2 each P300413000; Item 0002: Stand, 103 hospital-assembly: 2 each, P300365000; Item 0003: Vest, SPU Medium Wrap-Slotted: 1 each, P300631005; Item 0004: Vest, SPU Large Wrap-Slotted: 1 each, P300632005; Item 0005: Vest, SPU X-Large Wrap-Slotted: 1 each, P300633005. The delivery location is Travis AFB, California. The required delivery date is 20 days after award. If you are unable to meet the required delivery date, specify the delivery time for consideration.
