Description

Install carpet in the facilities on Yokota Air Base. This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The offeror must be licensed and registered to perform work in the country of Japan. The date of pre-proposal conference was changed from "at 10:00 hours on 20 Feb 06 Japan Standard Time (JST)" to "at 10:00 hours on 21 Feb 06 Japan Standard Time (JST)". The room of the pre-proposal conference was changed from "Conference Room 109" to "Commander's Conference Room". There is no other change in the letter, Notice to Offerors, Solicitation FA5209-06-R-0002, Carpet Installation for Base-Wide Facilities at Yokota Air Base, Japan.
