- The Information Technology, E-Commerce and Commercial Contracting Center-West (ITEC4-W), Fort Huachuca, Arizona is providing this notification regarding the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the recompetition of Contract DAAB32-02-C-0004, Operation, Mai ntenance, and Supply Europe (OPMAS-E) for the 5th Signal Command, Germany. The release of the OPMAS-E RFP is hereby delayed pending ASD/NII approval of the acquisition plan.
