Description

PROPOSED NOTICE FOR HVAC EAST END BLDG 5418 W911S1-06-B-9000 Contractor to furnish all labor, supplies, equipment, supervision and transportation to perform HVAC repair, east end of Bldg 5418, Fort Dix, NJ. The resultant award shall be a Firm Fixed Price. The NAICS code, SIC code and size standard for this procure ment are 238220, 1711, $12.0 million. Pursuant to FAR 19.1305 (a), this acquisition is being solicited as a HUBZone small business set-a-side. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Only one award shall be made. Firms s hall request a solicitation package in writing. Requests may be mailed to Army Reserve Contracting Center, Directorate of Contracting, 5418 South Scott Plaza, Fort Dix, New Jersey, 08640-5097; faxed to Chad Galioto 609-562-6933 or emailed to chad.galioto @dix.army.mil.
